Bonnie Gordon

Senior Landscape Architect
MLA (UoM), BA – Creative Writing (RMIT), AILA RLA

Bonnie has been a practicing Landscape Architect since 2018, starting her career in Melbourne before relocating back home to Tasmania in 2024.

Bonnie has experience across a range of project types and scales, from social housing developments, research and planning, infrastructure, civic spaces, and school campuses. Through this experience, Bonnie has found a passion for projects with a meaningful impact on the community and environment. She sees no project as too small and approaches a constrained budget as a creative design challenge.

Bonnie spent several years tutoring multiple subjects at the University of Melbourne and is dedicated to improving the industry for the future generations of landscape architects. She is an active unionist and community volunteer.

Bonnie lives with her large cat in West Moonah and enjoys foraging edible weeds while looking for platypus in the rivulets, bandicoots along the old train tracks or stingrays on the Hobart waterfront.
